Quilt Festival Entry

I made all three of our kiddos quilts last Christmas. This was for the big girl in the house. She is my step-daughter and it makes me incredibly happy to see her wrapped up in it on weekend mornings or while she does her homework. It is simple. . . but started the redecorating in her room. I just love that she uses it.

So this simple, black and white is my entry. Thank you, Amy for organizing the Quilt Festival!

It is a good feeling, that when you put time effort and love in making something, they use and enjoy it.

I love b&w quilts, and your is great. I made one too, with a pop of colour.

I hope you can post some snippets of her room re-decor

I love Black and White quilts! My first one was a black, white and red, all handpieced and handquilted! And I agree, it's a good feeling when you see someone use the special quilt you made for them.
